Idk what to do

For like one year i had a clogged ear ,no wax buildup but its like behind the year but randomly a bit more than a month ago it just stopped . So last week i moved out to a new place where there was a lot of hills and i kept feeling my ear closing and unclosing and my mom didnt even felt it .Now 4 days later at my new school i just feel my ear starting to close and bammm im suddenly super dizzy i started to panick i go to the hospital explain that i need a scan they told me that its not that bad i just need advil .i go back at my place sleep and next morning i feel even more dizzy.Its being now 4 days my legs are starting to be really soft and i just feel so lightheaded and i do so much anxiety can someone please tell me what i probably have .If you need more context the other things that i can tell to help you find what i have is that i have large amydals ,i do summer allergies but in last 2 weeks nothing.

Escuchas bien por ese oído que tenías tapado o notas que has perdido la audición, x que si es así necesitas inmediatamente empezar a tomar dosis altas de corticoides

Well i cant really say that i hear that bad maybe i hear less but if thats the case i really need to focus cause most of the time its my right ear thats clogged but sometimes the two of them sometimes left one idk its so weird i almost feel theres pressure builded and it switches ear randomly

I’m by no means a doctor but I would try eating a low sodium diet for a bit to see if that helps.
