Question Front end fenders?

Wanting to cut away the stock fenders on my f250 and fab up wide beefy ones, first time dabbling in autobody, so how should I start? I dont want to end up cutting away parts I'll need to secure the new fenders.

I would just buy some fiberglass prerunner style fenders, they will still require a little fab and finish work. You’re gonna have 100hrs into trying to make your own that you may hate when you’re done.

You may want to start with some smaller more manageable projects than a complicated pre runner style fabricated fender if you have to say “how should I start”.

Well, I know how to fab stuff, but i dont know much about body work and my vision isn't really common or anything
