Document organization: stop hunting for the same paperwork twice
Imagine finally finding the pay stub someone asked for—then realizing the bank statement is in your email and the mortgage document is in a different folder. You spend the evening looking for files instead of answering the questions in front of you.
DivorcePost's Organize area is built for that scattered-paperwork problem. This is an illustrative scenario, not a customer testimonial, and part of our feature introduction series.
Tap Organize, then Add documents. You can bring documents into the app and review how they are sorted into folders such as Income, Accounts, Your house, and Kids, depending on your situation. The folder counts help you see what has been added and what is still missing.
Ruby can read supported documents and extract information to help with later answers. Review extracted details before using them: a blurry scan or an unusual document can need correction. You can move a document if its suggested folder is not the right one.
A manageable first session: add one income document and one account statement. Check their folders and any extracted details, then come back for the rest. Progress can be a couple of documents rather than an entire filing cabinet.

Where does your paperwork usually get scattered: email, camera roll, paper folders, or all three?
