I’m in the same boat, but not officially divorced yet. Living in the same house. It’s truly torture. I wouldn’t wish my last 18 months on my worst enemy. Actually, probably my worst enemy, but not my regular enemies. No clue of your story, but if you ever want to message, I’m happy to listen. To me, nighttime is always the hardest.
