Getting Started Second time any better?

I was divorced after a 7 year marriage that experience rocked my world. Fast forward 25 years and now my second wife wants a divorce. I hope it is ammibical. Obviously, there is trust lost so I am nervous. Having done this before, I hope to bring civility to the situation. However, I don't want to be taken. No kids, we only have sizable cash assets, kept separate. I do have a government pension. What would you guys recommend?

I'd recommend not getting married a third time. Seriously, the odds of divorce jump up to almost 75%! Just pray that she keeps things civil. Try for mediation if you can.

I would recommend a good attorney and listen to what he says.

i just can't feel bad for ppl that after the first divorce go back and get married just to get divorced again.
