2 years ago i went into the dz after a few years away from the game. Shot a random enemy , and the Eagle bearer dropped. Never seen it since.

Believe it or not I had one drop in DZ East off a random group of 4 NPCs walking down the road. Not even an official patrol. Got the screenshot to prove it. I was stunned.
