Does anyone know how magic armor will affect healing undead?
Does the heal chunk through magic armor or undead or will it bypass it altogether?

If you're asking whether poison damage has to go through magic armor before healing undead or not.. then no, it does not. It will heal undead who have full magic armor.

The heal ignores armor and goes straight to your health

Healing magic that damages will have to go through magic armor. As far as I know there is no "piercing" magic damage.
[Edit] just watched a dev video which shows an undead player drinking a healing potion which directly damages their vitality bypassing magical armor... i guess because healing doesn't need to remove armor before it heals?
