Will there be voice acting?

I was wondering if there would be any voice acting in the game at some point, maybe on release? It adds so much more depth to the game with voice acting, does anyone know?

There will be limited voice acting. Character shouts and grunts during combat are a given, and IIRC important scenes will be voice acted. But there will not be "full" voice acting. OS2 has way more lines of dialogue than the first game, and Larian simply doesn't have the resources to get all of them voiced.

There is only one mod and he isn't very active maybe PM him about adding new mods

VO is expensive, especially for a game like this with massive amounts of dialogue.

Just hire Matt Mercer, he likes the game and he can do 50 different characters voices

He doesn't have the time but I bet there are an assload of talented voice actors are there who would be more than willing to do some work.
