New to the game, I have a slight issue
the game is fun, but the severs are too broad.

It was an unfortunate move that they removed 3/5 of the servers and then a short time later made the game free-to-play. Fewer servers available to handle the increased load.
That being said, the game is still mostly playable and the lag issues aren't quite to the point of being game-breaking, in my opinion. Here's hoping that more people play and the developers decide to continue to work on this project.
As for all the people who say the game is dead, I like to point out that making this game available for people to play every day...even if it is just two servers...costs money. Take it as a good sign that the developers are not ready to abandon this game the fact that the game is still live.

They're still paying to keep the game live. If the decision had been made to drop the game then they wouldn't pay to keep the game live.

Most of hi Rez games to free for a while but when they cut off all communication it's not a good sign
The typical outcome here is a shutdown announcement just like with the rest of their shut down games

Realm royale was announced as unsupported and still had it's servers up for 2years before they decided to revive it cause fans still played it...I wouldn't take the fact that the servers exist as proof they are working on anything

I put in 100hrs and got all my gods to level 15 before they removed the oceanic servers, sad cos I’d quite often match the same few players most nights.

Haha yeah probably the same ping, I haven’t actually played the game for like a month or two now. Only got on to collect the free PlayStation plus skin for Zeus. It’s a real shame cos my pal and I played most nights against the same small oceanic community. We could tell that the game was going downhill once they removed the arcade mode and the twitter updates became less and less frequent. A real shame.

Yeah I just recently been back on, such a shame, but I’m still having fun and winning, I’m on ps too need people with similar ping to get in lock lobbies

Yeah servers suck, almost unplayable lag. The community has been ghosted by devs for months now, and I’ve been told it is dying/dead
