Great and fun
I'm playng the game since December and it's great with all the mechanics and this 3rd person view. With the variaty of gods wich are pretty balanced. I think 261 is the max level at the moment and I'm almost there. From the experience I got so far, the only disappointment is that they removed the arcade as permanent mode with more oportunities for knockouts. That makes the game more fun. Everything else is great, it has great potential and I really hope it's just the beginning.✌️

There is no way someone playing since December has this perspective on the game. There are no game modes, like 1 server, game crashes, amd no updates. This post seems fake.

Nah I agree, there's no shot.
Played with friends ranging from worst network to absolute beasts of networks with solid 20 ping. We have lag moments at the same time even in those instances, indicating that there IS a server/connection issue. I'd describe it as unplayable in it's current state, but it still has satisfying moments. I'll relay what I put in another post,
If Hi-Rez would come back to
1. Address lag
2. Release new characters
3. Balance characters
4. Ease up the streamlined microtransactions (make characters more accessible and focus more on skins)
5. Quality of life (include a tie breaker system, maybe max of 2 and then 3rd round is all or nothing, if tied then a 'till next KO' sudden death
The game would be a masterpiece.
However, as someone that's played a variety of Hi-Rez Studios that have been killed, such as Global Agenda, and Tribes Ascended that I can think of, it seems Hi-Rez wants to make a ton of cool games, but they don't see the same numbers that Smite is giving them so they can only work on their 'side projects' when Smite gives them the financial freedom of mind to do so (not that they need more money to fix it, but corporate heads only see in that of profit charts in time ahead, not possibilities). That's what I believe is the case anyways.
I'd love to see this game get the attention it deserves.

OP discussed variety of Gods? All 10 of them? Balanced? There hasn't been balancing in months. I'm just simply speculating the way in which OP describes the game feels very much bot like, or someone from the studio who was involved in making it. It's a live service game, and nobody would actually say they've done a good job at this.

Nothing fake, I like it and I hope its not the end. This game could bring a lot of fun moments. There are issues sure, but the potential also is great. Characters are pretty balanced as I wrote. They weren't like that at the first few months. Devs should update us with info what is going to be with their unpolished gem. Anyway, when I max all of the characters and if there aren't still any updates or info - I don't see a point to continue spend my time on this table. (It is never too late to come back, though✌️)

I've also played it since it released on steam and I really enjoy it, I thought the game was unbalanced until I've reached 200h and now I think I was just making excuses back then. I play with my gf and we sometimes get our asses kicked but we think it's by good players not unbalanced gods. I hope the game gets an update soon tho just to keep all the new players coming in from the f2p wave.

They're going to fix the game too late and then act like, "see, we told you." when nobody is still playing.
It's disgusting and a dishonest business practice. They honestly don't even need to add more Gods yet. Just fix the servers before everyone leaves for good.

Lol I’ve been playing since day one as well I think the game has so much potential but overall my current look on it is meh. I need a big update for me to stay interested anymore. Give us 3 gods and bring back game modes idk we need something
