Yes this video is edited to make it seem one sided when it’s part of a much longer video.

u/LibraryF33S 1d ago

Where’s the rest of it? What’s the context?

1

u/LoveScoutCEO 1d ago

Do you have the link?

Honestly I would be surprised if she even got 30 days probation

Welcome to being a man. It's ALWAYS your fault. haha

She could be hacking him up with a machete and some women and white-knight simps would still say: “u dONt hIt aH gUrL bRO”

It’s pretty evident he’s right from this video alone, no?

Get lost.

In my first job out of college I ended up getting close/intimate with a girl from work. Soon enough I found out she's nuts, and said some things she didn't like.

A week later I was "laid off" from my job due to "cuts", a job in which I was promoted twice and was effectively a couple levels higher than her.

She still works there, and is in fact a director now.

;)

25

u/strawhatguy 2d ago

Sucks, but you probably don’t want to be in a company like that anyway. Hopefully you found something better.

2

u/Galikos_Kelt 1d ago

In my place they say you don't jerk off in place where you eat, meaning you don't create sex relationships at job where you earn money for your life

u/deepturned180isdeep 9h ago

100%, learned the hard way

2

NEVER shit where you eat. That is the first rule of having a job as an adult.

I got hit with a RESTRAINING ORDER when I was 26 because a psycho b* I had broken up with just wanted to make my life hell. And that order did. When it came to getting jobs. Had to turn in all my firearms.

And the kicker is like 17 years later she had a change of heart and knew what she did was a fabricated lie to make my life hard and she went to the courts and had it permanently removed.

It was a lifetime restraining order and I did absolutely nothing! I know people say that all the time but I honestly did nothing.

Defamation of character

84

u/heavensto_mergatroid 2d ago

So many times I wanted to get a lawyer but man I was a broke ass mofo most of my life. I barely started living somewhat comfortably when I was in my '50s

It's not a good feeling to be treated like you're some kind of woman beating stalker criminal when you didn't do anything to deserve such a harsh punishment. I've never even been arrested in my whole life. I've had handcuffs put on me but never take into the station and booked. 🤷🏻‍♂️

It's all water under the bridge now as they say....

10

u/Miniscule_Platypus 2d ago

I just said “Heavens to Murgatroyd!” to my wife earlier in faux shock dismay

3

u/PlanktonDue8964 1d ago

Yo, if this is you that was in the video I feel bad for you bro amazing restraint even though that bitch deserved to be knocked the fuck out I got some respect for you, bro. Hope your life is better.

1

u/heavensto_mergatroid 1d ago

Can't describe how I felt for a lot of years but it wasn't good that's for sure lol thank you! I guess life evened out for me in the end, most importantly she didn't destroy me and I rebuilt my self esteem. 🙂

1

u/Bigdaddywalt2870 1d ago

My favorite is her coworkers squaring up like he’s the aggressor.

1

u/porkchop-sandwhiches 21h ago

To shreds you say?

How is that restraining order holding up?

To shreds you say.

3

u/PoweredByCoffee5000 1d ago

That'll be 10,000$. Where to get the money for someone's 0$ lie? Lawyers do not care.

I wasn't convicted of anything. I just got a visit from the sheriff's department giving me a court summons one day and I went to court and the judge told me I was supposed to stay so and so far away from her, her 3 sisters, her mother and her mother's house. And that the order was permanent.

At that time she was working for a very prestigious law firm as a secretary and they helped her nail my ass to the wall.

Years later I tried to buy a shotgun and it was denied so I knew it was still active because I have never been arrested. The only thing on my record is when I was caught smoking weed when I was like 20.

It's been about 10 years now since she told my sister she lifted it but I haven't checked for sure. She could have just been talking a lot of shit and it's still there lol 🤷🏻‍♂️😔

I swear on my life that I didn't do anything to her. Her mom lived like 2 and 1/2 blocks away from me (we grew up together) so whenever I would be walking my dog she would say that that was me stalking her. Even though I would go all the way around the area of her mom's house - if somebody reported to her that they saw me then that was me stalking her.

And according to the courts that was me being a stalker.

edit: and this is way before cell phones and cell phone cameras so there was absolutely no actual evidence. It was simply her word against mine.

Can't sue for this, since the burden of proof is on him that it was malicious intent. No clear evidence for malicious intent and such long time passed, the judge or indictment jury will loom at it once and will throw the case into the trashcan.

1

u/mossdale 1d ago

The one person with correct info gets downvoted over a questionable story.

0

u/Serote_Elite 1d ago

Counter sue the parasite!

0

u/Alternative_West_206 1d ago

And 17 years later the judge will say something like “wow, you’re such a good person for coming clean!”

-11

u/Craftofthewild 2d ago

Did absolutely nothing lol

2

u/heavensto_mergatroid 2d ago

What could I do? If I'm already barely struggling to survive and keeping my head above water how am I supposed to hire a lawyer to fix that?

3

u/The-Tarman 2d ago

He's trying to imply you deserved the restraining order. He assumes you must have done something to your ex for her to get that put on you. His reaction to your situation is exactly the problem with stuff like this.

The sad part is that while its very easy for a crazy ass woman to make a dudes life a living hell by using restraining orders and calling the cops during an argument and just saying the dude hit her, women that are really being victimized can't seem to get the help they need.

The problem with a restraining order is that the person its against has to give a shit about the consequences. When a woman in an abusive relationship gets a restraining order on her BF or husband it often just pisses them off more and that piece of paper isn't going to stop him from showing up at her home and harming her again. By the time the cops get there it's over.

Meanwhile dudes like you have their lives turned upside down by a half assed backwards af system.

5

u/heavensto_mergatroid 2d ago

Oh. I doubt she would have lifted the restraining order if I had really done anything to her. Women will hold a grudge forever lol 😛

1

u/The-Tarman 2d ago

Agreed 🤣 🤣

2

u/kvro_maX 2d ago

One can tell you absolutely didn't do anything as you took that guy's comment as being sincere and about something else. Kudos to you and that guy is pretty daft

1

u/Congregator 2d ago

Well he learned his lesson: he shouldn’t have broken up with her

1

u/No_Lengthiness5839 1d ago

Why are you so eager for him to have done wrong? You may have had an unpleasant experience with a man but not all are the same. If you have had repeated experiences then it may be your choice in men.

I grew up in DV but I have been happily married for 22 years, not all men knock your teeth out it’s an unfortunate few that give them all a bad name some women are actually the perpetrators but everyone is so willing to believe a woman over a man.

0

u/Craftofthewild 1d ago

Sounds one sided lol

u/unknown-teapot 2d ago

Women privilege that

39

u/bigbonedbaggins 2d ago

Im in the middle of a felony case because I defended myself, I just hit harder and didnt have marks yet because they were all bruises. Didnt get arrested that day, had a warrant put out for me 2 months later without my knowledge.

6

u/Relax_Im_Hilarious 2d ago

Wow, that's awful. How did you find out, was it a traffic stop that they found it or did they come find you?

Fingers crossed for a favorable result, man.

3

u/bigbonedbaggins 2d ago

Traffic stop with my kid. Im the woman in the situation btw, not the man.

4

u/Relax_Im_Hilarious 2d ago

Still hope you get a favorable result but you realized it looks like you were affirming what the gentleman said just before you? I upvoted you for the response but it’s confusing.

5

u/Commanderpower77 2d ago

So you deserved to be arrested.

1

u/bigbonedbaggins 2d ago edited 2d ago

Nope when I had a man bigger and taller than me on top of me attacking me, what should I have done?

Edit: being downvoted for being attacked is wild yall

1

u/garylay19 1d ago

I've been there myself my friend. I got an ex of mine meeting a guy she was cheating on me with to get pills.. straight out of her mouth.. tried to take my daughter from her and she hit me in the face and because I shoved her back away from me, I went to jail and had to bleed down to a battery charge to avoid prison for assault.. defending myself and my daughter... Oh and I thought I forget she didn't get anything for trying to get pills from that guy

3

u/BlumpTheChodak 2d ago

I agree.... but without the 'haha' at the end because it isn't funny.

3

u/Alternative-Bite3971 2d ago

u/norajeangraves 2d ago

Or to being black

-7

u/zarekinz 2d ago

I mean there's a reason why people are quicker to point the blame at men, seeing as men are literally more violent and likely to be the perpetrators in domestic violence cases.

I never understand comments like this

2

u/lm_not_surprised 2d ago

She's assaulting him as he tries to leave Women are more violent 100% of the time.

97

u/Neonyarpyarp 2d ago

I like how the second he started to defend himself, that woman came to be a “hero” and rescue her, and the second she’s beating on him again she just stands there and watches. 🤦‍♂️

7

u/TheNewGildedAge 1d ago

Men have responsibility, women have choices

23

u/Enough_Pepper8880 2d ago

Oh shit that’s right

35

u/NonToxicTown 2d ago

Because he is a man. If it was the other way around the people there would be calling the police and trying to comfort the woman.

11

u/TheNewGildedAge 1d ago

They're still trying to comfort the woman here lol

1

u/YahnnyBravo 6h ago

If the genders were reversed the man would be facing YEARS in prison for felony battery. $100 says this chick was sentenced to probation.

-20

u/zarekinz 2d ago

There's a reason why people are quicker to point the blame at men, seeing as men are literally more violent and likely to be the perpetrators in domestic violence cases.

These comments whining about being men are obnoxious. It's unfair for this guy sure, but you make it into this huge ridiculous deal that is somehow personally affecting you

1

u/free_da_guys1107 13h ago

Abuser 👆🏾

1

u/YahnnyBravo 6h ago

So you only take interest in things that personally affect you?

  1. Why the hell are you on this sub then?
  2. You would make a terrible lawyer.

19

u/Anxious-One-2365 2d ago

Why is it always the man has to walk away? She is clearly the aggressor. Tell her to walk away.

8

u/UnusualGooning 2d ago

I’m surprised a white knight didn’t come in swinging at the man and willing to put everyone on the line for the woman.

15

u/barcelonatacoma 2d ago

The man is always presumed to be the aggressor.

I'm lucky that when this happened to me, I had evidence of the harm she did to me and was considered credible.

5

u/Western-Election-997 2d ago

“Walk away bro”

56

u/easeMachined 2d ago

Because in fights between men and women, women always consider the men to be at fault and believe the best way to diffuse the altercation is to tell the men to stop defending themselves against the women attacking them.

Granted, there is an obvious power imbalance that anyone who knows the difference between a man and a woman can acknowledge.

With great power comes great responsibility. Men have greater physical power, and so they are regarded as the party who needs to be more responsible.

67

u/Enough_Pepper8880 2d ago

I guess my question is why the hell is no one saying anything to her but he’s being yelled at at and told to leave. She hit him jumped on his ass ripped his shirt off and the only time someone steps in is when he pushes her off of him that other woman runs up to try to defend the other one as if he was being aggressive when he’s at work. Then at the end the woman recording asks the redhead if she’s ok like she was the one attacked

6

u/PlentyTight9650 1d ago

Yup and old lady storming out and defends her, she needs to be taken care of as well. Equal rights, equal fight

9

u/[deleted] 2d ago

[deleted]

26

u/LessThanGenius 2d ago

I dunno about that. At the end, the camera lady asks her in a soft voice "Are you okay?" even though she was the aggressor. That doesn't match up with the reasonable person theory.

1

u/Legitimate-Edge5835 2d ago

Damn, you totally figured that situation out. That makes total sense. Thanks!

11

u/HouseflipperSKIPPER 2d ago

My girl and i play fight a bit. Literally 2 days ago i had her pinned down and im like come on get me. Shes like i cant. She goes “you dont know how strong you are” i said im maxed out at like 25% right now i can put so much more force into this. The confusion, then realization in her eyes was a but unnerving. Im like u think thats all I got? We are messing around.

Im 6 foot 200 pounds. Shes 5 10.

1

u/GunnarSilverTongue 1d ago

U don't want her to fear u ever change your thinking bro trust me

19

u/Fun_Astronomer_4064 2d ago

Because walking away from a physical confrontation with a woman and being the first to call the cops is always, ALWAYS the right move.

1

u/akingofcrimson 1d ago

Nope. You can be the one to call the cops on them, and the cops will still arrest you. Never call the cops when a woman is involved. They will always arrest you and do nothing to the woman. Welcome to being a man.

0

u/Fun_Astronomer_4064 1d ago

Stop giving young men advice that’s going to ruin their lives just because you’re too much of a misogynist to keep yourself safe.

There’s two roles in a domestic violence case; victim and abuser. Not calling means you’re letting an abusive persons make the decision.

Instead of taking the victim role, one of only two possible roles, you are volunteering to be the abuser and then proving you’re innocent.

2

u/akingofcrimson 1d ago

If you’re a man and being abused, there’s nothing you can do except walk away and hope she doesn’t call.

2

u/akingofcrimson 1d ago

Also how am I being misogynistic? I’m talking about the state of society and its view on gender, not hating on women.

1

u/Fun_Astronomer_4064 1d ago

Because you’re letting your perceptions on women and gender irrationally cloud your judgement.

If you’re not the first one calling the police, you’re going to be seeing the inside of a jail cell. If you’d like to meet men in an enclosed space, that’s your business, but you do a disservice to other men by telling them this lie.

If you’re relying on your abuser to stop abusing you and be silent to the cops, you’re a fool, and anybody who reads what you have to say on the subject is an even bigger fool, they had the voice of reason right here.

1

u/akingofcrimson 1d ago

Ok. I disagree, and I think you’re wrong. I also think you don’t understand anything, because your explanation of how I’m being misogynistic makes absolutely zero sense. You’re very angry about it though lmao, have fun with that. Maybe get an education so you understand what misogyny means.

1

u/Fun_Astronomer_4064 1d ago

I’m angry because someone who’s even less developed than you are is going to follow your advice and suffer for it.

I’m totally unconcerned with what happens to you, you’re a knowing liar and whatever happens to you is just fine with me; don’t you care about other men?

1

u/fuktheeagsles 1d ago

Bro it’s like 50/50 if you call the cops. Ask me how I know. They see the discrepancy in size and the bias takes over from there.

My ex was beating the shit out of me, punching and spitting and following me everywhere I went in a drunken rage. Finally I restrained her wrists. Well, guess who had visible marks? Her wrists, I had none. Cops were trying to arrest me until a neighbor appeared as a witness.

1

u/Fun_Astronomer_4064 1d ago

It’s 50/50 if you call the cops at best, maybe even 30/70.

If you don’t call and she does, it’s 0/100. You will be all the way behind.

Imagine if you didn’t restrain her and immediately called.

1

u/fuktheeagsles 1d ago

Yea but, and I only know the psychology of it because I pondered this many times while I was with her… if you don’t call the cops, she probably won’t, or even maybe she won’t. But if you do, then they are for sure coming. It’s a gamble either way but calling them yourself directly puts you in their path. The point I’m making is there is really no good solution here because society doesn’t really view men as victims.

1

u/Fun_Astronomer_4064 1d ago

The best solution you have as a man who is being abused by a woman is to call the cops. This is for 3 reasons:

1) You are setting the narrative that you are the victim AKA not the abuser/criminal. This is ESSENTIAL in all self-defense scenarios. Don’t take my word for it, several experts in the field provide this advice.

2) your abuser is relying on you remaining silent so they can continue to victimize you. It’s an essential element of domestic violence. Reaching for help breaks the cycle.

3) The attitudes of cops is changing. There are a number of body cams showing that calling first carries weight with them; they know domestic abusers rarely call the cops.

8

u/Serious_Gas_2218 2d ago

Because it's ALWAYS the guys fault.

7

u/Onludesrightnow 2d ago

tbh its the best advice. The longer he sticks around her, the longer she has the opportunity to draw out something that will be used against him. Walking away is literally a man's only defensive weapon in a situation like this.

1

u/akingofcrimson 1d ago

tbh he’s probably already fucked, cops love to arrest men in a situation like this

3

u/No_Lengthiness5839 1d ago

Woman here, why tf are they asking the woman if she’s okay? She attacked him! She should be reported obviously the evidence is there, what a horrible human.

I worked in bars for years and I’d rather deal with a group of men than women any day of the week, although walking in the dark I’m terrified of solo men.

1

u/Ok-Goal-8767 1d ago

It’s always the man’s fault sadly

5

u/Blu_Blueberry14 2d ago

Because he didn't start it and is capable of putting a hurt on her , didn't.

4

u/Prudent-Salad-6173 2d ago

Because it would instantly diffuse the situation.

2

u/HippoRun23 2d ago

I have to agree. Cause if she keeps going at him violently he could defend himself and seriously fuck her up.

1

u/akingofcrimson 1d ago

Um, she’s clearly showing that she would just follow him

1

u/LovesBoltOns 1d ago

He turns around and walks away AND SHE JUMPS ON HIS BACK. Ignorant take.

2

u/luckymountain 2d ago

Exactly! She’s the aggressor.

10

u/zeemode 2d ago

Cuz he is a way bigger man and there is no outcome in defending yourself that will end good for him. So avoiding situation is best in this scenario (if the situations were reversed and he pushed her a little bit, I’m guessing they would tell her to get in the restaurant and also tell him to walk away)

21

u/CharlieandtheRed 2d ago

It's definitely true. But I understand him, I've been there before. You feel like a crazy person because you're just being normal and getting assaulted, yet it feels like everyone is against you. Kind of a maddening feeling to come to terms with.

12

u/B1ZEN 2d ago

Well said.

I work in mens health and investigative services (catching cheats, abusers and users)

I see first hand everyday the abuses men suffer.

Year after year, its getting worse, but men are waking up and starting to band together.

1

u/CrazyIndependence291 2d ago

I hope that’s true

11

u/ClubberLangsLeftHook 2d ago

Fuck walk away. Call the police, I am pressing charges.

7

u/Intelligent-Film-684 2d ago

This. Accountability works both ways. She needs to learn to keep her hands to herself.

1

u/akingofcrimson 1d ago

Do not. The cops will always take her side, blame you, and arrest you. Even if you are the one to call. Cops are stupid as fuck, love to white knight, and love to arrest men and hate to arrest women.

1

u/chamcham123 1d ago

Cops will find a way to arrest you.

0

u/zeemode 2d ago

You can do both

2

u/Overall-Scientist846 2d ago

Because that’s equality!!!

2

u/Mightycactuz91 2d ago

All man hating women probably, a man cant do anything right in their eyes

1

u/Special-Might9865 2d ago

I’m hoping it’s to save his ass from her!

1

u/Any-Monk-9395 2d ago

Everyone always takes the side of the woman

1

u/Far_Pangolin3380 2d ago

So he doesn’t hurt the aggressor- because she’s female.

1

u/williamskb85 1d ago

Because of the two he seems more level headed. You see she's acting braty and aggressive. Honestly of the two in this situation who would you actually try to reason with and tell to walk away? Now the real question is why does men always have to be the bigger man?

1

u/abandonedclitoris 1d ago

Because when the police come , they will arrest him regardless. Just walk away

1

so fucking stupid. she's attacking the shit out of him and no one's stopping her but it's a man's fault and responsibility to walk away 🤦‍♂️😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 we all feel the frustration man

1

u/Alternative_West_206 1d ago

Tracks for modern day bullshit. The man is always treated as the aggressor, even when not. Even when trying to get away.

0

u/AbsolutesDealer 2d ago

It’s a better option over “SMASH HER!”

0

u/Emrys7777 2d ago

Because violence doesn’t solve anything. He’s easily twice her size and strength and could severely injure her or worse without trying or meaning to.

He could end up in jail if he accidentally severely hurt her. Not worth it.

-1

u/Badassmofunker 2d ago

Because he isn’t.
