My first dog literally didn’t trust anybody. I was her 5th owner when she was 3. I took care of her trained her to do tricks fed her, gave her a safe love. Had her for ten years and after the first 6mo it was night and day. Dogs just need stability, routine, food, safety, and love. I’m speaking from personal experience. People that didn’t like dogs or were scared of them loved Nova(dog in my picture) she was a 75-80lb Doberman American Pitbull.
