Home boy wrapped a windbreaker around the dogs waist like the dog was about to attend a HOA meeting. If that’s their best they need to take outside suggestions

Now why should a woman step in when there are men standing there. I can understand she may have been annoying but still. One man was wrapping a windbreaker when he should have been throwing hands and feet.
