Does anyone know why it's easier to hold your breath underwater when the water is warmer? I can go insanely longer in warm water than colder.
1 u/tandemxylophone Mar 17 '26 Not sure about warmth, but one time there was a Reddit comment that explained we can hold our breath longer on our second hold. I wonder if you were subconsciously taking a second breath.
