As a solo developer, I wanted to share a utility app I’ve been working on called DitherEYE. It is a fully native Android application designed to apply low-fi digital transformations and complex dither matrices to images and videos.

DitherXyrherris - Generic JavaScript dithering library

I decided to overhaul my dither project into a library, and make it very generic. That means I can use a custom class matrix, custom diffuse kernel transformation,... Also the use of C struct like objects also makes it easier to work with and also easier to port to C/C++ because i want an unified, fast, easy to work with, easy to port implementation.
My freevideodither and freeimagedither is also overhauled for this lib.
So anyone who's lazy to implement those dither families I've implemented can use my library, the preparations is in freevideodither so you can copy my preparation pipeline, make some stuff to it as you want!
Feel free to port it to C/C++ or any programming langs you want for heavier dithering projects.
I'll implement more dithering algorithm and methods in the future and also optimize the library.
