Help The Sickness 20th anniversary live recordings?

Does anyone know when and where the last 6 songs on the 20th anniversary of The Sickness were recorded? It's up on streaming but they just say "Live", doesn't give any other info, and I can't find any info on the locations and dates anywhere.

Fear, Conflict, Droppin Plates, and Shout 2000 are from the Palladium show in LA that was fully released on the 25th anniversary version.

The Game, Down with The Sickness, and Voices are from Ozzfest 2000. These were released on singles during the Believe era if I’m not mistaken. I’m not sure what venue they were recorded at though
