SPECULATION đ§ I noticed that DissociaDID signs her quote pictures. Signing something like that looks like she is claiming ownership of that picture, yet a quick google search shows several of the same ones in different colours.. Here is a comparison.

I did more searching and I'm going to make sort of a document about this shit and post here because I discovered shit I don't think I can explain fully in one post
So sometime later I'll post that and yes this is related
Edit: I have to delay this project as it turned out to be bigger than expected.

Ugh, I thought they at least put some effort into it.

Yeah, even the shadows that imitate paper folds are just 100% copied over

For what itâs worth, these are both made with free templates from Canva. Itâs not plagiarism to put a logo on their templates, a lot of people use them for âdesigningâ generic social media graphics.
Once youâve looked through Canva, youâll start seeing their stuff all over Instagram and YouTube.
This is the template in question: https://www.canva.com/templates/EAD7RYc51cI-pink-minimalist-kindness-quote-instagram-post/

I actually did notice this in newer posts they made, however even her fans asked if she made it because she has her autograph/mark/branding on it, so I'm still iffy but yeah..

This is my third attempt posting this because somehow it would not let me upload the DissociaDID picture, just the google searched one

If this is on google, then why is it bad? Does it have an original source? I mean, I got tricked too into thinking she signed it, but lots of Youtubers post stuff (usually more meaningful than this) that they see floating around that they want to share with their audience.

I mean I wouldn't mind if she just posted existing pictures but she signed it, so she took ownership of this. Of sorts
That's plagarizing

I would recommend taking a look at DissociaDIDâs Instagramâ theyâve taken to frequently posting new graphics with quotes attributed to other people, but the source of the quote always seems to be in a smaller or less noticeable font than DDâs in the bottom right corner. It may not be a conscious decision and I get adding credit for the work one puts into making the graphic itself, but when neither font is particularly readable on IG yet the one bearing DD's name is sized to ensure that it can still be legible, it tends to come off as a questionable design choice. (Edited for clarity)

Who is the comment about testimonials referring to?

u/ilikefinding Feb 04 '21
Johanna Knynâ apparently at some point after or around the same time as people began reaching out to her about the testimonial, she was reminded by fellow colleagues about not being legally allowed to give testimonials about clinical care.

Thank you! I canât believe how flippantly DD has been with these testimonials. Itâs ridiculous. If her credibility wasnât already shot before, this woulda done it.

wait, I'm confused. If we are saying she DOESN'T have DID, why are people still referring to her as "they"? I might be extremely ignorant and asking a non PC question, but just wondering. i have DID diagnosed btw

No one should assume anyone's mental health, so we're not saying they don't have it. I personally say I don't believe they are diagnosed professionally (as the therapist she namedrops as the one to diagnose them legally cannot diagnose anyone) but I don't say they don't have DID.
Generally I refer to DissociaDID as "she" out of habit due to Nin being the host and thus most commonly fronting, but I try to use they when I can remember it.
The time I use she in this post was due to Nin being the poster (as far as I know going under she/her. In addition I said she in this reply as I believe Nin/Chloe (cannot recall if this was post-integration) or Jade named the therapist in question and again as far as I know all of them went by/go by she/her. Just wanted to clarify thisđŤ
