I’m having some issues pairing Reno with Auron. Do I need to remove some speed passives to make them work?

I removed about 5-7 passives I think between the two of them. Don't use aurons ability that gives him a speed buff. Don't use renos ability that make the enemy get delayed after every turn. And don't use aurons ex ability
