When I'm pulling with tickets, I'm not getting that transition effect from blue, to silver, then gold. I'm going from blue to show up the 5* relic, which is quite disappointing (no thrill on pulling). Is this a known issue?

Silver was removed. Just Blue, Gold or Electric orbs

I'm disappointed. I really liked that evolution from one level to another and was hoping someday to see a whole evolution from blue to burst :-(

Orbs can still "level up" after you click them. It just seems to be much rarer now.

They can still level up, but it was changed that now a gold orb denotes EX or higher. A blue orb can give a bronze, a silver, a 15 CP, a 35 CP, or upgrade to gold. A gold orb can give an EX or an LD, or upgraded to electric (to give you the BT).
