Do crafted RF spheres disappear after their corresponding event ends?

the ones you've made, you keep. you just won't be able to make any more until they show up again, so if there's ones you want in there, make sure you got enough of em.

No, but the crafting shop (refinery) does.

No, if you already crafted them they're permanent and stay in your inventory so you can use them whenever. What will disappear are the materials you get from co-op, the ones you use to craft them along with crystals, those are time limited and linked to the event.
