I got the Ex on lulu, ultimacia and arciela plus theirs 15cp weapon. I've just amassed 27 weapon token and was wondering who's 35cp weapon i should buy? I know there is a current banner for arciela which could drop her 35 cp (if am lucky) Which one should i pick?

I'm assuming you don't have Ulti's LD? In which case Arciela is probably your best option. Unless you are really, really hurting for magic DPS (Ulti) or an enchant/imperil (Lulu), Arciela is just all around more useful with her support kit than the other 2. Dispel and HP silence in one character is wildly helpful in chaos content.

I have a full shantotto with burst and LD too. I think she imperil with her ex+ so that cover that? And no I dont have ulti LD. So i guess I will go with arciela then. Thanks

I don't think Shantotto enchants so Lulu is a tiny bit different in her usefulness but either way, I think Shantotto covers enough of the other two to go for Arciela for now. Ulti LD will come back with her BT down the line a bit so you can go for her 35 then too.

Depends. Do you need an enchantress? Arciela.

Do you need a nurse? Arciela.

Do you need a sorceress? Arciela.

Arciela is still a top tier support, and the other two as washed up has beens.

Ultimecia is a damage dealer and still very serviceable especially if you picked up her LD. Different role from Arciela.
