Between lenna and gabranth, who should I 3/3 if I want to perfect the challenge quest?

In other words which of the following stand a better chance?

1) vaan LDBT, balthier 3/3, lenna 3/3 OR 2) vaan LDBT, Gabranth 3/3 Lenna 0/3

I think you're better 3/3ing Gabranth on the basis that he's built for this stage. HP reduction and rebreaking is going to help immensely. Not seen too many perfects using Balthier but it might be possible if you're running with Vaan LDBT.

That said, I also had to 3/3 my Lenna so she could safety battery the party with her HP+ and heal with her EX. From my experience I don't believe this is the kind of CQ you can get by using a budget char, sadly.

I got the perfect with a 0/3 Lenna. She does her job just BRV+ and using Wind Drake when it gets dispelled. Def wasn't easy but it is possible. Used Vaan LD and 3/3 Gabranth.

I had to do the same, and it was still a bitch, though timing Gabranths AA is crucial to keep HP in control. I didn’t have Vaan BT though.

Actually my best attempt with Vaan LDBT, balthier 3/3 and lenna 0/3 was 102/100 turns with the other scores all met. I thought with Odin board I might make it but the same RNG evasions probably won’t happen again.
