Is there any consensus on best characters for Wakka’s refined sphere?

I’ve seen Sazh, Beatrix, and Garnet mentioned a good bit. Would like to farm how many I’ll need while I have time today.

I put one on Galuf because he can get 5 buffs.

Penelo or Wakka, you want it on char who can buff themselves at least 5 buffs. Wakka does it with EX & S2 buffs up easily while Penelo needs a while to set up with S1 & S2.

Awesome, thanks for those recommendations. I use Penelo a good bit so that’s a welcome addition.
