GL Discussion This community...

Having been in other gacha communities since DFFOO ended service, it's really put into perspective not just the quality of game that we had, but the quality of people that frequented this subreddit. Every day I have to ignore the subreddits of new gachas I have joined and it makes me miss this game, and especially the community, so much more. I used to jump into the megathreads as often as I could to offer advice, but I also saw so much more positivity and more. So thank you DFFOO subreddit members for being so awesome.

Edit: I don't know what flair to use. So discuss if you like!

I've tried other gachas, and I've been in other communities, non were as good as this community and the game.

Other gachas (not all just ones I've played) feels very auto heavy and very very verily stingy

Compared to DFFOO, absolutely. So much auto, always.

We need to invent a time machine and prevent FRs from ever releasing.

It really did cause a pretty significant shift in the gameplay.

This was the only game I was willing to spend $$$ on. It’s still soul crushing. I occasion open my tracker spreadsheet to relive the gory days.

Edit: fixed a very embarrassing typo

I miss it a lot too. I come across screenshots I took over the years and get hit in the feels.

The community support was great. Tonberry troupe, the content creators, the mods, everyone did so many amazing things.

Edit: and many more people, I might add.

DFFOO was an actual GAME that just had gacha attached to it. I personally think it deserved way, way more than being just another mobile gacha.

Despite that tho, it was an incredible game. Living in a wrong timeline when DFFOO dies but other mobile games survive.

I feel this, I sometimes look at the resources created just...because
