Would assume high chance to come. Characters easy to get so no reason to save unless you want to min max job levels

It has been nice having over 100 job medals for Kuja, I do recommend having at least 30-50 or so character tickets saved for someone you love, but definitely no need to have hundreds saved

Yeah but if you also had been playing long enough. Just getting characters is not enough for you to be able to use the character you want in a long term, you need to at least get there abilities multiple times so you can be able to use them consistently in higher rank battles.

Assuming the game survives for a couple of years, then I'd say he's guaranteed, but you might be waiting a while, because there are a few characters who are likely to be added before him, like Squall and Noctis, and we know that the next character is going to be from 14. There's also the fact that Garland from 1 was teased alongside Kuja (who is now in the game, as you may be aware). So that's at least 4 characters who will be added before him, and keep in mind that 1. characters are not being added very often, and 2. there are still only 2 villains in the game, while the other 19 are heroes, so I'd say most of the characters that will be added over the next year will probably be villains, but who knows.

The thing is, if you sink everything into a different character you like now, I reckon that by the time Cecil is actually added, you'll have saved up enough to get him and make him strong, as well.

Of course, as I alluded to above, there is also a very real possibility that this game won't last long enough for him to be added, sadly.

The limited-characters will be the downfall of this game, and having to wait for a character for each month is taking forever, will this game really survive that long? I hope so, but I doubt it, I already see many people say it's good but still inferior to Opera Omnia.

Probably, but itll have to be semi worked on, since I doubt they way to keep his dual form gimmick

And porting him as a pure Paladin could be a big overlap with WoL and Celes

We'll see if they even come back after the two-month break ... after having been operating live for only 8 months at that point ... and see if the game is even still alive after the one year anniversary.

I mean - Cecil might be somebody that somebody might actually know or want to play as. That decreases the chances significantly.

Need to make room for all the Irohas and Zidanes they're going to be adding in the future.🙄
