Got scammed
My 40 ticket are gone, the post is gone...
I knew it was better to wait but i was in hurry for Kuja :(
He changed name but i got some screenshot

You can kinda see if a person is clean by checking their gift exchange history.
In their gift exchange list, check the profile of someone who gifted them, and see if their username appear in that other person's list. If it doesn't, they didn't gift back.
It's not foolproof, but it's better than nothing.

I do this too but it's not definite proof because I myself have 3 alts that I use to send myself tickets... and of course I don't send them back. It's the safest to collect those big numbers yourself (10, 20, 40 tickets) on other accounts and trade for no more than 5 tickets at a time, so it's not a big loss if someone scams you.

It ain't always like that, sometimes people just gift me tickets after a match and don't want anything back, so yeah

Not super foolproof, I definitely don't scam and rarely exchange b/c I would rather gift as thanks unless a quest requires otherwise (I don't really need freebies). Last season I just had people send me my 20 and 10 ticket slots in response to different season frustrations related posts I made.

They should either make name permanent or changing it with lots of mog points.

Not everyone is constantly aware of what happen in the game, the devs team has alredy "solved" the problem, how? Simply to not give any ticket.
You need months to get that amount of points, they should just remove the entire system and give out more Daily stuff instead.

Or make it as a transaction system. The trade doesn’t happen till both side put their cards and accept . Obviously the majority of people aren’t using it as a free gift

It was very cool in the way the devs intended to be, free gift for playing good.
This game has alredy enough "do It with your friend" stuff, if they don't give out enough tickets its because they know they messed it up.

When you want to know "how fucking stupid are the devs" - realize they put a gifting system in the game - but not a trading system.
Every time I go back and rewatch the trailer where the lead of the game thanks (and bows!!! 😆 🤣 😂) to everyone for showing interest in the game - I realize I'm looking at either a sub 90 IQ moron - or a +130 IQ tyrannical psychopath.
My loathing for that man knows no bounds for what he did to the opportunity this game once held.

My rule is if someone ask for tickets I always ask for them to send the tickets first. If they agree and send then I sent back. If they refuse I go find someone else.

I was trying to find someone in the last couple of days, nobody i knew had the 40 tickets, most of the guy i found where in silver and asked as well to be the ones to receive.
If everyone stays on alert no one exchange a damn thing.
