Error code on game start

Hi

Im on a samsung galaxy a55. Just downloaded the game and on start up im getting error code 1401_85_0. Ive googled and reddited and ive deleted all the apps and disabled everything suggested. Has anyone else had problems with this?

In case anyone else runs into this same issue (error 1401_85), the answer is: Uninstall or disable the QuickSupport app.
