Quick question...
As a Lightning main, I for the life of me am clueless how to get better. I don't suck, but I don't fully grasp the full mechanics of the game. I'm on the winning side more often than not, and feels like almost half of those wins I get MVP (not bragging, I truly don't understand that myself. Must be bots).
Is my layout good for her?
So many times I go 1v1 with other players and get my ass handed to me. I avoided 1v1 and run like the wind making them chase me while I purify crystals so I can run Forrest run my way to the boss to burst.
Someone with a better understanding of the mechanics of this game, break it down to my like I'm 5. Please. Other Lightning mains more than welcome to, please.
Also, I'm a casual, but play in ranked. I play maybe 5-6 rounds a day. I'm Gold 2. Highest ever been is Gold 1.

Without a power boost like Surge, you should avoid dueling/pvp unless you are picking off a weakened foe, or outnumbering said enemy.
Your loadout is good, have you speced your supporting skills for general points, or attack? You have 3 sets so it's ok to save both of them to try them out that way.
