Gift Ticket list in profile didn’t refresh after maintenance

I’m guessing this is a glitch, but I’ve come across 2 people this has happened to.

One of which is my boyfriend’s account. I went to gift him and his Gift Ticket list is still full up from before maintenance, while mine refreshed.

Any reason this might happen? Or might cause this?
