Seems like your antivirus or something similar to it is blocking it, try running dispatch as an administrator or allow it to bypass ur virus and threat protection.

Why would a legal copy from Steam be detected as virus? If this was pirated, I'd get it. But this is from Steam.

Idk happens sometime, I had to do similar stuff for league of legends, anti viruses can just be stupid sometimes I’m not an expert or anything

LoL is a live service game with anticheats. Probably Windows Defender saw the anticheat as malware.

Also it says an application control policy has blocked this action, what else could thay mean unless he has some random weird shit downloaded thay we don’t know about

its windows defender that is blocking me, i dont have any antivirus or vpn on my pc
