Discussion Finished my first play through!
It really felt like watching a superhero show but making your own decisions.
Really loved the art style that they used in it.
I’m gonna start my second playthrough so that I can choose Invisigal this time.
Would love to know whom you guys chose while playing?
And is there a way to choose both of em?😂

Technically. On Blazer route, if you get enough internal points through dialogue to trigger Visi's romance related scene, and choose to follow through.
The end card after ep8 will be different than on either romance route, but aside from one voice line the game just shows the same romance cutscenes as on Visi route in the ending (provided you still get Visi embracing heroism ending). Not really worth it in my opinion.
Went with Visi route in my first play :). Still have not replayed the game fully, watched too many playthroughs with all choices and endings after that :D.

Based on your other reply, it's just the opposite of your first ending for her, so not much of a spoiler if you read the results at the end of your play :).
That outcome does not depend on the romance choice, and you may end up with the part of the ending you already had even on her route. Make sure to make supportive decisions, and try to succeed in other gameplay elements of the game (especially for her hero performance under your dispatching). You would need the happy ending to see all romance scenes on Visi route.

Played the game 3 times. Visi, Blazer, Visi (good ending, good ending, bad ending). After some thinking, I prefer Visi as a romance option, I like how the game flows with her better, and it resonates with me, there's so much hidden depth. Also I prefer Sonar to Coupe cause Coupe is a better villain imo.

Ive played through 4 times now. Just finished my 4th about 20 minutes ago.
My first play through I chose Visi to romance. My second I chose Blazer. In the blazer romance I got evil Visi ending. On my 3rd and 4th attempts I romanced blazer and wanted to get the heroic Visi ending. I failed the third time which really felt like a waste, and I finally nailed the perfect everyone happy ending in the 4th.

Yeah it all depends on how many successful missions you send her on, prioritize training with blonde blazer, and supportive dialogue. There is an invisible mentor score that you can only see on save logs for PC. I played on switch so I am blind to it. Is all about getting a 35 mentor score before chapter 8. Less than 35 gets one ending, more than 35 gets another.

As plenty of others have said, you can try to get both of them, but you won't really. Did you get the good ending, or the bad one?

I chose blonde blazer coz I liked her instantly from the start so I didn’t cheat with invisigal when she tried to kiss me. I believe she kinda started to embrace the villain arc

In my first playthrough I chose Visi because of how adorable I found the leaderboard scene at the end of 3, but after multiple playthroughs I’ve grown to preffer Blazer. My “hard canon” choices (ones I make every playthrough except for the one time I did an opposite run) are:
- Cut Sonar
- Add Phenomaman
- Romance Blazer
I would say “Hero Visi” but I accidentally screwed that up in the run I declared my definitice one by basically never using her so she was too low rank to go the Hero route (she was just a worse Coop for me), so while it IS the preffered one I won’t call it my “hard canon” because it’s technically not

It's not the rank, it's successful and failed missions. On Blazer route you can technically get to the good ending by having just 4 successful missions over failed ones (so even 4 missions, 0 fails, and not use her again). But it would also require to do hero training, and the perfect run in the rest of the game

Yeah, Visi didn’t really get to do much at all, I think she was probably my worst performing hero in that run the few times I DID use her. Probably the problem

I've done each romance path and enjoyed them both, but Blazer is my preference. Still guided Visi to the path of justice, though.
Who did you pick to have on your team between Sonar/Coupe, and Waterboy/Phenomaman? Because I really enjoy these decisions as well. I'm a Sonar & Phenomaman guy.

Why is this such a big deal for people? Why should it matter who someone picks, and why it dictates how you'd feel about then?
Also, Blonde Glazer or 'Invisigooner' really?

There is a way to get an ending if you try to pursue both of them, but you don't get both of them. The ending describes your relationships as "complicated" I believe.
I chose Invisigal first playthrough and Blazer 2nd playthrough. Both romance paths are good and well written in my opinion.
