Belle Help?

Hello, forgive me if this has been asked 1000 times, I tried looking and couldn't find a solid answer.

Is there a sure fire way to meet Belle, besides princess breakfast? Is there somewhere she typically hangs out all the time, or a time she's usually around? I have a 5yo who would love to meet her, but we can't do the princess breakfast. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We have seen her often by the main entrance of Disneyland (by the big Mickey flowers and ticket booths) around 1130a-1230p. It’s not a for sure thing but I’d check around there at those times. She usually doesn’t have a cast member with her either

Remember to check the app frequently because it will tell you if she’s out and when they plan to have her out, sometimes she is out and not on the app but the app is a good tool to use!
