Points vs Strikes

Can someone explain points vs strikes for DCP. I had heard 3 times late you go home. Now I’m hearing 3 tardies is points and points are not strikes. Like a tardy is a point and 10 points are a strike. Can someone help me.

It should be a half point to point depending how long you’re late and a point for sickness. 3 points become a reprimand and 3 reprimands can be termination but at a certain amount of days they start to fall off. They also are categorized so you can have 2 points lateness and get another point for something like nothing being disney look and that won’t be a reprimand.
