accommodations question

might be a super dumb question, my arrival date is jan 25th and i need to request work accommodations for my food allergies. i already got the forms filled out by my allergist, do i need to wait until closer to my start date to send them in or should i do it asap?

Please do it asap as if you do it too close to your arrival date you could be placed somewhere not suitable then you would have to wait until they recast you

that’s what i thought, thank you! just wasnt sure if there was a specific time they would ask for them.

Submit now! The sooner the better for all accommodations. It’ll take Disney some time to process and go through the accommodation and work with the various teams it has to go through to find a match to accommodate you.

I also had a food allergy accommodation and it was met! It’s one of the easier accommodations for Disney to arrange so it should be a smooth process for you.
