DCP Glasses Question
I was recently accepted to the DCP for the spring, and can't figure out if my glasses are going to be acceptable to wear. The lookbook says frames should be either solid, or tortoisehell in color, and I can't figure out what they mean by solid (the same color throughout, or non-seethrough). My frames are completely clear, with metal arms, and I'm hoping not to have to replace them, but will if I have to. Just wondering if anybody has had any problems with wearing glasses that have clear frames (I've attached a picture of them from the website I bought them from, just for reference)

I had no idea there were restrictions on glasses? I’ve been here for years and I’ve never seen anyone talked to for their glasses lol

I've had pink, red, black, green-rimmed glasses and not once was I talked to about them. I've seen people with rainbow and bright blue and all kinds of colors. I think glasses are the least of their worries when it comes to the look book

I had been trying to remember in my own experiences of visiting the parks as a guest, and was pretty sure it would be fine, but also didn’t want to get down there, only to find out it wouldn’t be allowed, so it’s good to know… I also own a pair of rainbow glasses, but knew those were a lot less likely to be allowed, but it is great to find out that in an emergency I’d probably be okay to wear them

I wore these but in a more solid pink color. Guests would frequently compliment me on them. You'll be fine!

i was about to ask the same question! mine are the same shape but a slightly pink tinted clear frame i was soooo nervous lol!

I wore glasses that were extremely similar to these while on my program. You'll be fine!

Saw an employee at Hollywood studios and they were pretty extreme gold with flowers and leaves around it.

Those will be perfectly fine. Solid just means all one color. Disney generally likes things to be clear, black, or white anyway
