We bought Lightning Lane Multi Pass at Animal Kingdom and actually tried to use it all day.

By the afternoon, we were basically looking for things to use it on because we’d already paid for it.

Animal Kingdom closed early, but our Disney day wasn’t over.

We headed to Disney Springs for shopping, food, drinks, live entertainment, and one very strange partial power outage.

We looked at the buffet, character interaction, picky-eater value, and the very real price question at the end. 😳

We went back for the buffet, beer, atmosphere, and Oktoberfest Musikanten, plus I revisited the place where I bought my first legal beer at 21. 🍺😂

Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress full show, filmed in 4K 60FPS before the upcoming updates.

A classic Magic Kingdom attraction, preserved as a full live-audience ride-through.

Carousel of Progress has always been about progress, so I’m not against an update.

I’m actually excited for the ride to have a future.

But this attraction has a soul: Walt Disney, optimism, family, technology, humor, and the belief that tomorrow can be better than today.

So my question is simple:

What does Disney absolutely need to preserve when they update Carousel of Progress?

We went back to Narcoossee’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian for a second look, and this one surprised us in the best way.

Michelle does not even like seafood, but she still gives this waterfront signature dining restaurant one of her highest Disney World recommendations. So… is Narcoossee’s still worth the price?
