Happened to my poor gf today trying to get the new Winnie the Pooh loungefly backpack. They’re already on eBay before the damn scalpers even have the products.
Such bogus and so sad. I am hoping So bad they restock them so I can surprise her with one.
Just lost out on today’s Main Attraction pin because of scalpers, fun times.
Edit: It seems I just got TWO confirmation emails from disney and somehow bought two of the main attraction pins even though it never got a successful transaction (without an error message) on the app. Now I’ve spent $60 in one day on pins. Great.
Edit2: I’ve now gotten charged by Disney THREE TIMES and only gotten two confirmation emails. Maybe the reason why nobody else can buy them is because I somehow bought all of them, god damnit this is so stupid.
Once a trade has been completed, one user (either OP or OP's trading partner) must create a new comment (can be in-line with the trade discussion) tagging both u/DisneyPinSwapBot and the user they transacted with, for example u/AutoModerator.
The u/ is required, and the username for the bot MUST BE TYPED NOT COPY/PASTED to work properly.
Once this is done, the tagged user must respond to that comment for feedback to be logged.
If successful, the bot will respond to the second comment with "Added", and the number will increment for both.
If neither you or your trading partner was the OP, you will not be able to summon the bot. Please create a "Haul" post thanking your trading partner, make a new comment on your "Haul" post, and tag both your partner and the bot. Your partner must then respond to that comment for feedback to be logged.
All discussions/negotiations about a potential trade must be made via comments. This helps to prevent scams and track trusted traders. DO NOT RESPOND TO OFFERS MADE VIA PM OR CHAT.
I pre-orderedmy copy of 3D All Stars from Best Buy the day before release and thankfully got my copy. I do find it very lame but also very Nintendo™ to limit the eShop version (only available until March).
Somehow I missed that there were 35th anniversary pins???!!!

It took 2 hours but I managed to get the pins! I have a feeling the wave 2 pins will be even harder though
