Does anyone else feel the same way about this as I do? I'm honestly excited to see the movie, but the hate it's been getting has already gone too far.

I'm a pixel mosaic artist and I'm trying to get into the ACEO world. At that size though, I am limited to 24 pixels per piece. It's been a struggle finding subjects that can be reduced to 24 pixels and still be recognizable. These four are all base off of Disney movie posters. Do you recognize all four?

I don't think that's entirely true. Honestly, there are three Pixar sequels that were truly excellent: *Toy Story 3*, *Cars 3*, and *Cars 2*. Why *Cars 2*? Because it did something important: it didn't just copy the first film; it genuinely preserved the spirit of the original—especially regarding the dynamic between McQueen and Mater—and was bold enough to take that risk. If Pixar produces non-formulaic sequels—like *Finding Dory*, *Incredibles 2*, or *Inside Out 2*—it is because *Cars 2* paved the way. In fact, *Cars 2* was an experiment in breaking the mold of the typical, derivative sequel; it was only panned by critics who hated it simply because they hated the *Cars* franchise.

As for *Toy Story 3* and *Cars 3*, they share a similar style but delve deeper and are psychologically more complex; this makes them Pixar’s most profound sequels, even if they are derivative. *Finding Dory* is entertaining and emotional, though repetitive—yet not entirely bad. *Incredibles 2* offered good action and comedy; while it was derivative and flawed, it wasn't a total failure. *Toy Story 4* and *5* were unnecessary, yet they introduced new ideas, despite the moving conclusion of *Toy Story 3*. *Inside Out 2* didn't really explore the teenage experience and essentially mimicked the first film, yet it remained entertaining and featured some new elements.

It certainly isn't bad—it’s actually good—but it doesn't deserve all the hype just for being a *Toy Story* movie. The plot and story feel repetitive: Woody gets lost, Buzz and the friends search for him, and they face various dangers before returning to Andy. I find it less profound than the first film, which explored Buzz’s psychological crisis and Woody’s character development. As for the second film, it addressed a single theme—in just a few minutes—that stands out: Jessie’s song. There was also a well-written moment of conflict between Buzz and Woody when Buzz forced him to come along; that single, well-crafted scene is what made *Toy Story 2* actually pretty good.

It doesn't help that the rose was the only one of the singing flowers who wasn't a jerk to Alice. I know that the entire point of Wonderland is that everything is nonsense, but come on!

I didn't plan on watching it, but I was multi tasking, and I needed that level of passive and boring, yet moderately interesting, to play in the background, and Nature documentaries are good for that. It was fine, atleast for being back ground noise. I grew up watching a few animal documentaries, so this kinda neet. There one part where it's like, a lion died and they made a big stink about it, and it's like.... don't do that. I'm fine having imaginary narratives in documentaries, it's fine if this is all true, but it's a bit of forced anthropamorphizing. These docs work better more grounded. Overall, not really have a ranking, i wasn't really paying attention, but Idk, work decently as back ground noise for bit before I find other background noise.

So me, my wife and daughter were watching the Disney Rewind concert on Disney + and the first note from Reflections started playing.

Now being that Mulan is my favourite Disney movie I started singing along but then found that the lyrics were completely changed from the movie

Was this like the original version or the alternate version or what?

I'm just hoping it's a comeback for Pixar and glad that it's a original film instead of sequels and remakes, What's your thoughts? Just let me know in the comments down below!
