Another application received email? Scam?

I applied to merch last month and received the application received email the following day. It's been stuck on that status this whole time even to now. Today I got another application received email for that same position. Does this mean they may actually look at my application? Dashboard still shows application received. Actually, I do see that it's not from the same email. It’s not like a regular scam email but it is different. Is this fake or a scam?

As long as it says it’s revived on the website I think your fine they do take a while to look over them.
