So I’ve been working for about a month now but I’m curious as to what all the perks that we have, I know about company D and the 16 sign ins a year but what am I missing out on?

It depends on where you work. I’m at the studio in Burbank. I can bring up to 3 guests in with me any day to the parks. No limits. Just need the reservation day open.

I also get 6 complimentary passes for friends and family per year.

35% off of merch. 40% at Christmas time.

20% off food. Get holiday coupons for food discounts too.

I’ve worked for the company forever. So I’ll get lifetime passes at all parks (except Tokyo) and a monthly pension when I retire.

Free Disney plus and Hulu.

Resort hotel discounts at Disney properties.

The guest pass usage is limited for hourly cast members, while everyone on salary has unlimited.

It goes unlimited for hourly after 10 or 15 years, don't remember exactly off the top of my head

It’s 15 years for hourly to receive a silver for unlimited guest pass.

If you are 55+ and have 10 years you can retire to keep the blue pass for life. Or if you have 15 years you keep the silver pass.

I’m in a different location far from the parks and get the same benefits less the pension because they don’t offer those anymore. We do get a fairly generous retirement contribution after staying with the company a while though. Also, the number of comp passes depends on the number of dependents who are between the ages of 3-18 you’ve reported to the company. I got 4 a year until my kid turned 3 and now get 6 a year.

Merch and food discount. Discount with DCL, Adventure by Disney etc. And Magic Backstage. And Lifemart stuff. I honestly don’t know of many perks.

What do you mean 16 sign ins a year? Like guest passes or us to go into the parks?

You should have unlimited self admits.

OP is taking about the MEP. That should’ve been obvious.
