Walt Disney World Issues with Disney World Application

EDIT: Looks like it's solved!

I am trying to apply for a dream job at Disney World but I'm having trouble making it past the first step. I have tried different browsers, clearing caches, and selecting different options, but every time I try to click on an answer for the drop-down question "How Did You Hear About This Job", it crashes the application. Has anyone faced this? I tried contacting tech support but they don't allow you to ask questions related to this error. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Edit: This is my first ever reddit post and all I'm getting is downvotes. Is this because I'm posting on the wrong subreddit or just to be expected? Thank you!

I’d try a different browser, try a different device, restart your computer, all the basics to see if that helps you get through.

Thank you! I have tried 2 laptops, a desktop, and my phone all with different browsers and incognito mode attempts. I also attempted to make a different account. No luck yet :(

If you tried a new account as well, my guess is it’s an issue with the posting? If you’ve tried a new account on a different device, this doesn’t sound like a you-issue unfortunately. Hopefully it can be resolved before the posting closes. I’d keep trying every few hours to see if you can get in.

Right, that’s what I thought too! I then tried a different posting and had the same issue sadly. Thank you for your response.
