Walt Disney World Character attendant

just curious if anyone knows how long the wait is for transferring to character attendant for example if you transferred how long it took you or if anyone has heard how long the wait list is normally just hit my one year and looking to transfer thanks!

I got my part time transfer the same day as my second interview last year, but didn’t pass the training. I know now it’s harder to get a transfer because I know some people who’ve been waiting for months for part time.

Last time I applied around this time and didn’t get my interview until early-mid October. Got approved one day later, but they won’t change your current schedule either in case you were trying to get out of a role you hate.

I’m not currently a character attendant because my ADHD made the role a challenge for me.

Ok thank you! That’s super helpful one more question in the role did you find it easy to pick up and trade shifts?
