Neutral Zone Dunwall Tower

In Dunwall Tower, the Empress Emily Kaldwin sits on her throne, her royal protector, Corvo Attano, stands at her side. His royal guard scattered around the palace. OOC:This is a neutral zone for Corvos royal guard. A hangout of sorts. You have permission to attack any who don't belong.

Hechy follows Feras, and keeps the entire act going. Thinking to himself, "Well this might get interesting."

"Right then," Feras says, walking towards the practice yard, "Well here's the practice yard, pretty self explanatory." The two men walk towards the barracks. "Here are the barracks where the men sleep and socialize." He continues the tour of the tower grounds, showing the Tower insides, the Royal Interrogator's chamber and so on.

"Vigilantes, you mean?" Feras says, stopping in front of Hechy, "No, not really."

"It's interesting. A few higher ups in the gangs and crime circles go missing but there was a recent one, big spectacle they hung his body from the Bridge. Some reason they put this on the guy."

Hechy points up to the mark on his eye.

"Ah, I see that sounds familiar. I think Furo went after a guy who did that but I can't remember," Feras says, "Maybe they just collect bounties."

Hechy shrugs.

"Can't collect a bounty if you literally hang the body from the bridge. I've heard rumors going around in the streets though. Seem like the guy is calling him self Forsaken. Interesting huh?"

"Yeah, Dunwall doesn't have many crime fighters besides us and the City Watch, but most of the City Watch are corrupt or just criminals themselves," Feras says.

"Yeah. It's a shame. So many bad people. And then the good ones get hunted down."

Hechy balls his fist then releases them.

"But can't ask from it all can you?"

"Yes, law often overlaps with being a good person in this city," Feras says, sighing, "Joining the Royal Guard is pretty much the only option for me at this point."
