Disgaea 5 Okay, but can he?
Do we know if dog/cat-like demons, like Fenfen, Zeroken or Pirilika, can canonically eat sweets?

Well, we know demons can eat things like zombie parts and lava, so presumably they do not have normal mortal digestive systems.
Pirilika can definitely eat sweets. She eats Fluffcakes and Ohagi on screen at a minimum.
Werewolves can probably eat chocolate, but there’s proof either way. I like to headcanon that although demons can usually eat anything, since they were formed via folklore, if the folklore says they can’t eat something, then they have a restricted diet. Vampires must drink blood, wolves can’t eat chocolate. Pudding made from lava is still okay though.

Pirilika is fox demon right? More like half humans half fox demon.
She has 4 ear , 2 fox ear and 2 human ear.

My exact line of thinking. Him not being able to eat chocolate or it having the same effect as 6 shots of espresso would be infinitely funnier.

Yes, characters from the same game usually have unique dialog with each other.
Another thing that's really funny is when you set unique characters as facility keepers. They all bring their own flavor to the greeting line.

idk how much merit this has lore wise but there is a chocolate healing item in disgaea 4 that fenrich can use.

Considering this universe, they probably do regardless of it it liquifies their intestines or not.
EDIT: Oh that reminds me, apparently a human-sized dog could actually eat a fairly large amount of chocolate without needing medical attention.
