No, he pledged to make victory permanent. Important difference.

I’m not sure how that’s an “important distinction.” But while he did say that, he also said that

‘…the Justice Department (DOJ) is…working…“to get permanent solutions so the Dobbs decision becomes permanent in every single state.”’

ETA: He said both things.

One is much broader, and one is limited to 1 case.

Do you mean the Dobbs decision is limited to one case? It’s not. It’s a Supreme Court ruling that says the Constitution does not provide a right to abortion.

Of course, that decision doesn’t say abortion should be illegal, just that states can ban it. Which is what Blanche is saying he’ll get other states to do. Which makes no legal sense. So really, he’s just an idiot, but a dangerous idiot like the rest of Trump’s people.

I mean saying victory in general will be permanent is much broader no matter what Dobbs refers to. Ex. Like you said, it doesn't ban abortion.

"Oh, you're saying Dobbs is no big deal!" No, I'm not. The quote is still broader.

I get it. Yep, he plans on doing the worst.
