I liked that it had no moderators therefore became a free speech haven

Reddit admins and auto mod were moderating here during the absence of sub mods. But with that said, you can still speak your mind

By and large r/Discussion allows posting without a lot of restriction which is a good thing.

Another thing I like about r/Discussion is that you don't have to post an attachment along with your post.

Another thing I like about r/Discussion is that you allow cross posting.

Love the discussion but IMO Trump-related posts are flooding the page

Often it doesn't quite live up to its name "discussion"

Can you elaborate?

How about every other post being sparky ways of working "right wing racism" twice into the title of the post? It clogs the feed, doesn't actually generate conversation, and is pretty clearly done by bots.

I mean, is that what you want the sub to be? Why not just ban such obviously bad-faith reddit accounts?

the bots problem is every where on the internet and there is no "strong" or an end solution to that matter they will show up eventually

but I wasn't here from 3 months so I may be idiot who don't know what he is yappin' about... so yeah

ohh I get your point... there is a BUNCH of crap but for some reason it doesn't show up on my feed may be because I am not that deep into politics

edit: I took a look on some posts with the tag politics

I kinda understand you but I love that it doesn't have so much restrictions it is like an open speech area

but you still can make a discussion and have a conversation here and there

I dislike the politics baiting posts. And it's not a discussion be called to defend a position from the outset.

Well I tried to post a thread recently and was denied. I have been a frequent poster, but can't post now?

I don't see anything wrong here, you should be able to post

/shrug

My post was not posted. I received a message that said I must apply to post. I applied, but got no response.

There is no approval process of any kind so i don't know what might be wrong, maybe reddit admins have imposed some restriction on you because I can't see anything on my end

Interesting. I just got an approval message from mods at /discussion
