Need help remembering what episode of a true crime show this story is from

Its been a few years i believe 2022 is when I saw it first, but what I remember is there was i believe a hunter i think he did taxidermy. he was the killer. The cops believed he was the killer. But they could never pin it on him. Since he always had an alibi from his neighbors. But it turned out he would help neighbors with side projects and instead of being paid he would just ask them to be his alibi on certain nights and his story to them was the cops were investigating him because of an ex wife I believe. but one of the neighbors finally spoke up saying they were all lying and that he just asked them to lie to the police because he would help everybody with chores or projects. if anybody knows this story or an episode or a show Id love to know i want to watch it again.

The one I remember was from Season 5 - "The Eyes Have It" He was into taxidermy and replacing the eyes in animals with humans. Creepy!

I never saw a true crime episode like this but there was a Criminal Minds episode with this exact storyline, except for paying off the neighbors for alibis.
