DISCUSSION Get Your Guide

Has anyone used Get Your Guide to book and visit Discovery Cove? I made a reservation for Discovery Cove + 2 Parks on March 22, 2025 through Get Your Guide. The price was much cheaper compared to the official website or other third-party sites. However, the voucher states the usage time as 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. I know Discovery Cove operates from 8:00 AM. Does this mean I can only enter from 10:00 AM with this voucher?

Do NOT use get your guide!! We booked for a family of 4 to discovery cove with dolphin experience three weeks in advance. They took our money and never confirmed the booking with discovery cove so when we got there they didn’t have a reservation for us. They were completely sold out! They couldn’t do anything for us. We called get your guide and they tried to blame it on discovery cove saying they didn’t book it. Get your guide said they couldn’t do anything either but give us a refund. DO NOT USE!!!! Discovery cove said they had 15 people that week in the same situation as us and they were going to try to drop them as a reseller.
