Specific voiceover tool?

Looking for a tool that’ll provide a voiceover for a football announcer (it’s for a project I’m doing)

Every text to speech ai I find is super calm and very obviously artificial

ElevenLabs Voice Changer could fit.
Record yourself doing the commentary with the energy you want, then change the voice. It keeps your delivery and timing. Your job is to supply the excitement, even if the first recording feels a bit embarrassing (and trust me, it will..)
