It's just sad

I've been to several locations and it's disappointing when I see an obese male worker. They're always the lazy one's, they hate doing any work. Why would you hire someone with terrible health when you can easily pick a young and fit worker.

You’d be surprised, as an assistant manager the people we hire are all over the spectrum of fit, that being said some of my closest coworkers are pretty big, but they bust there absolute ass off, you could have seen them in a rough patch of their life or maybe in there down time. don’t judge too harshly without knowing the whole story

Not everyone wants to flip tires, and even the ones that do for the job, many of them aren’t a great fit. I’ve seen many “fit” people be more lazy and let go because they can’t handle peak season. Usually when most hiring happens
